Level I - Onsite

		JSC Agilisys consultants deployed at customer site to provide enhancement and maintenance support. To save consultant travel & living expenses, program modifications could be carried off-site.
		Project Lead and supervision can be provided either by customer or JSC.
		JSC makes resources available at a very competitive rate and this option puts supervisory control in the customer’s hands.

Level II - Outsourced with onsite activities

		Application enhancement and maintenance outsourced to JSC.
		All system activities at customer site. To save consultant travel and living expenses, program modifications could be carried off-site.
		Customer can focus on new development and core competencies. JSC ensures enhancement and maintenance service levels through contracted SLAs.

Level III - Outsourced with off-site activities

		Application enhancement and maintenance outsourced to JSC.
		All system activities are off-site. The application can be hosted either at the customer site or off-site.
		The service is provided at a very competitive flat fee. JSC resources can be made available at the customer site, whenever necessary.
